I led the end-to-end redesign of the referral flow for NSAT, our national-level aptitude test for getting into Newton School of Technology.
My goal was to increase referral-based signups and drive higher payment completions. I worked closely with product managers, and engineers to identify friction points in the existing flow, streamline the user journey, and align incentives with user motivation.
The scope included auditing the current experience, ideating solutions, designing high-conversion flows, and iterating based on feedback. The final solution led to a measurable 25% increase in referral conversions, turning referrals into a key growth lever for NSAT.
